This UploadCave Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which UploadCave ("we") offer services to you ("User") served by UploadCave. By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Direct Linking: We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
- Earnings from Blogspot: Due to a significant number of fraudulent users generating downloads from Blogspot blogs, we do not pay for earnings from Blogspot websites.
- Prohibited Content: Pornography, nudity, sexual images, movies, and any kind of offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without notifying the User.
- Compliance with Laws: Users must agree to comply with all laws applicable to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos, and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, UploadCave is under no obligation to become involved.
- Liability: UploadCave is not liable for your images, videos, or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting, or storing your images, videos, or files.
- Pay Per Download Rates: We can change pay per download rates at any time without informing users.
- Changes to Terms of Service: Terms of Service can be changed at any time without informing users.
- Cooperation with Legal Authorities: UploadCave is committed to cooperating with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
Uploader Rules
- File Removal and Earnings: Removing files with earnings deliberately will not be paid, as well as downloads generated from high-tier countries without a valid source. We have the right to ban your account without pay if the following occurs:
- Downloads from suspicious sources (websites) or without any source.
- Downloads from IPs that are proxies or making a huge number of downloads.
- Ad Blockers: Downloads generated by visitors with an ad blocker are not credited.
- Automated and Manipulated Traffic: Traffic generated using automated hits or manipulated traffic is not allowed.
- Prohibited Content: Pornography, images, or any copyright material or any adult content is not allowed and will result in termination of your account.
- Reward Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the Reward Program and payment date at any time without prior notice.
- File Size for Rewards: File size should be 5KB+ to get rewarded. Downloads are only counted after 90% completion and unique IP addresses.
- Bot Downloads: Bot downloads are tracked and verified during payout. If detected, the account will be banned.
- Hotlinking: We don't allow hotlinking images and files.
- Referral Revenue: Accounts that depend only on referral revenue and not on download revenue will not get paid.
- Misleading/Unethical Methods: Attempting to gain revenue using misleading/unethical methods, such as spamming, will result in an immediate ban.
- DMCA Reports: If your uploaded file is copyrighted and reported by the owner of the file, your file will be deleted from our servers.
- Inactive Files: Files with no views/downloads will be removed 30 days after upload. All other files with live downloads will be saved unless deleted by the user.
- Traffic Source Verification: UploadCave reserves the right to verify your traffic source whenever you request a payout to prevent fraudulent downloads and revenue. Your traffic must be live (regular downloads from recent files) while the payout is being processed.
- Illegal Content: Online circulation/possession of child pornography or rape/gang rape-related content is a punishable offense.
- Affiliate Program Changes: UploadCave reserves the right to change and redefine our affiliate program without prior notice.
All affiliates must agree to and abide by the UploadCave General Terms and Conditions, Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy.
